Okrem taktiky rozvoja firmy je tak treba h\u013eadie\u0165 i na taktiku rozvoja zamestnanca a na to, aby v svojej \u010dinnosti zac\u00edtil spomenut\u00fd zmysel, ako aj pocit svojej anga\u017eovanosti a n\u00e1sledne pr\u00ednosu jeho pr\u00e1ce, nevrav\u00edme tak iba o peniazoch. Marketingov\u00fd pl\u00e1n alebo pl\u00e1n riadenia firmy m\u00f4\u017ee zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e alebo ved\u00faca osoba zvl\u00e1da\u0165 spo\u013eahlivo a \u00fa\u010dinne, ale mnoh\u00fdm zamestnancom je to v podstate jedno, pozeraj\u00fa hlavne na seba, svoju bud\u00facnos\u0165 v danej \u010dinnosti a svoje ocenenie (nielen finan\u010dn\u00e9). A v neposlednom rade samozrejme i na jednanie s nimi.
